3 Day Kruger Safari

After settling into your accommodation, you will head out on your first game drive!

We will collect visitors from various collection points which are offered at an extra charge.

All game drives are conducted in specially adapted 4×4 open game-drive vehicles to allow you the best possible vantage point. On return, you have some time to visit the Park’s shop, go for a walk and explore your surroundings.

Dinner ast your acommodation is typically a three-course meal served al fresco at a  private camp. Along with dinner, a selection of wine will be served, but guests are allowed to bring along alternative or additional drinks.

Day 2: Full day in Kruger

Note: This can be extended up to 4 full days in the park. No matter how many days you choose, the itinerary for full days in the park remains the same.

It’s an early wake up today – to see the best that the dawn has to offer. You will grab a quick cup of coffee or tea (rusks included) before heading off on your 3-4-hour safari. Guests usually enjoy fantastic sightings in the mornings, and always with the help of a knowledgeable guide.

After the morning drive guests will return to Pretoriuskop for breakfast/brunch at the camp. After breakfast, you will have time to relax and enjoy some of the other activities including swimming or visiting the park shop which offers curios, drinks and snacks. Guests may just want to catch up on some sleep, read a book or do some bird watching as Pretoriuskop is also a bird watcher’s paradise.

After this relaxed time, guests will set off on an afternoon game drive in a specially adapted 4×4 open game drive vehicles. The vehicle affords one the best vantage-point as well as the best opportunity of spotting game.

Guided Bush Walks can also be included. Conducted by an experienced parks ranger, these walks are the best way to experience the sounds, smells and feel of the African bush. The walk affords the opportunity to get up close and personal with nature and observe things one may miss in a safari vehicle. Just don’t forget to pack comfortable walking shoes for this.

After an afternoon drive, guests will return to camp to enjoy a delicious dinner and tales told under the stars and relaxation around a camp fire.

The Last Day in Kruger

 

Today guests will have one last chance to explore and try find what might have been missed in the park. An early morning game drive will see guests out in the park one final time before returning to a scrumptious breakfast. Thereafter guests can either contginue to explore the area. Game drives last at least six hours.
